Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Choose your bag and colour, add it to cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation once it is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the options shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available within Pakistan.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us quickly at info@loeuf.pk with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across Pakistan and to select international destinations.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over Rs.3,000. A standard delivery charge applies on orders below this and is shown at checkout.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days inside Pakistan. International times vary by destination.

How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@loeuf.pk with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Please contact us before sending anything back.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to reflect.

Products & Care

What are your bags made of?
Our bags are crafted from premium PU (faux) leather. They are cruelty free and easy to maintain.

Will the colour match the photos?
We photograph our bags as accurately as possible. Slight variation can occur depending on your screen and lighting.

How do I care for my bag?
