Shipping

• We ship across Pakistan and to select international destinations.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.
• Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
• Free shipping on all orders over Rs.3,000. A standard delivery charge applies on orders below this and is shown at checkout.
• You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• To start a return or exchange, email us at info@loeuf.pk with your order number.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
