Refund policy

We want you to love your Loeuf bag. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns & exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• To start a return or exchange, email us at info@loeuf.pk with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will let you know the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.

Non returnable items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without tags and packaging may not be eligible.
